A professional services procurement business are seeking a highly motivated Client Engagement Manager to join the team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving growth initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and leading client review meetings, managing client queries, and developing new client-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead client review meetings to highlight service benefits and support clients' strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement regular contact plans in conjunction with marketing activities and market intelligence.
- Independently manage client queries to ensure smooth account operation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Account Plans for key clients.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities.
- Communicate complex queries to senior stakeholders promptly and accurately.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure consistent client messaging.
- Ensure timely and accurate client communication and reporting aligned with CRM KPIs.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Year-on-year growth for named accounts.
- Increase in the number of categories and stakeholders supported per client.
- Retention of client base.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven senior strategic management experience with excellent retention and growth across key stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate complex queries to senior stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in planning and conducting client review meetings.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
- Strong analytical skills to track key metrics and interpret data.
- Self-motivated with a positive, engaging attitude.
- Understanding of modern procurement practices within the public sector is desirable.
