Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a manufacturing client based in Stockton-on-Tees with the appointment of HR Advisor. You will be supporting the senior leadership team with all things HR from policies and procedures to employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and updating job descriptions, employment contracts and employee records
- Answering all HR queries posed by management and employees
- Advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection and interview evaluation procedures
- Assisting with the development of recruitment campaigns
- Participating in the appointment process for potential employees
- Monitoring recruitment metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover
- Discussing terms and conditions of employment and benefits with staff members
- Supporting leadership with employee reviews when required
- Managing site attendance alongside the leadership team
- Updating HR policies in line with current legislation
