Regional Sales Manager – EMEA / APAC
We are recruiting on behalf of a global, engineering-led organisation operating across the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Power Generation and wider process industries. This is a commercial role focused on driving growth across EMEA and APAC through a combination of new business development and key account management.
This opportunity offers exposure to international markets, innovative pressure safety products and close collaboration with engineering, marketing and commercial teams.
The role

Develop new business and grow existing key accounts across EMEA and APAC

Deliver revenue and profit targets across established and emerging markets
-
Introduce innovative, market-leading pressure safety products and services
-
Lead pricing, quotations and commercial negotiations
-
Build long-term relationships with key customers and partners
-
Work closely with engineering, marketing and market-reach teams
-
Represent the business at trade shows, conferences and customer meetings
-
Manage and support regional rep agencies

About you

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development

Experience in consultative, value-add selling environments

Comfortable managing international accounts and travelling regularly

Technical, engineering or process-industry background advantageous
