Procurement service business seeking a Strategic Account Director to optimize revenue generation. The ideal candidate will poses a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess and operational expertise to drive sustainable growth ensuring alignment with marketing, finance, and customer delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with COO and senior leadership to develop revenue generation strategies.
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and capitalize on market trends.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Implement best practices to optimize sales efficiency and scalability.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Lead pricing strategy development to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Performance & Analytics:
- Establish key performance metrics and dashboards.
- Conduct regular analysis of revenue data to inform decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Ensure alignment with finance, customer delivery, and product teams.
- Enhance customer value, satisfaction, and retention.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Excel for data presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in high-volume transactional environments, preferably public sector procurement.
