Finance Manager

We are working with a well-established, growing business (c.£25m turnover) to appoint a qualified Finance Manager to join their senior finance team.

The Role

Reporting at director level, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on position with significant responsibility and visibility across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Preparation and presentation of board packs
• Leading on financial reporting and analysis
• Supporting senior leadership with strategic insight
• Oversight of a small finance team (4 direct reports)
• Ensuring accounts are accurate, timely, and fully signed off

The Candidate

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with:

• Strong experience in management accounting and reporting
• Ability to operate at Finance Manager / Head of Finance level
• Confident stakeholder engagement at board/director level
• Experience managing or mentoring a team
• Ideally exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems
