Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with a growing business to recruit a Financial Controller for a newly created role supporting multiple sites.
This is a key appointment, offering the opportunity to build and shape the finance function across multiple entities.
The Role
Reporting into Group, you will:
- Lead the development of the finance function across multiple sites.
- Build out and manage a small finance team
- Establish robust financial reporting, controls and processes
- Oversee month-end, budgeting and forecasting
- Support integration and alignment with group standards
- Partner with operational leadership to drive performance
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
- Strong process improvement and controls mindset
- Confident working in a standalone or build environment
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing or services is advantageous

Pay: £75,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
