Phoebe Lole

Phoebe is a Consultant within the Science team, specialising in drug discovery. She partners with early‑stage and scaling biotech companies to support the build‑out of highly specialised teams across the drug discovery lifecycle, from platform‑based discovery through to pipeline development. Her expertise spans medicinal and computational chemistry, biology, and translational science, as well as AI‑ and ML‑enabled discovery platforms and the commercialisation of these technologies. She recruits across all levels from lab technicians through to C‑suite and advisory appointments. Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys hiking, trail running, and baking.
