Summary:
Jackson Hogg are on the search for a site-based Site Manager on behalf of our client that offers a turnkey, end-to-end solution for complex, dedicated facilities that regulated industries need. From initial feasibility, our client goes through a design-led integrated process all the way to construction, validation and commissioning.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience on complex design & build projects for controlled environments that require strong commercial awareness with a focus on maximising returns in a customer friendly way. The Site Manager will be central to the expansion of their regional business units, supporting the director to continue with the growth and working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver turnkey design & build solutions to world leading end user clients.

Primary Responsibilities Of A Site Manager:
- Utilising existing key customer relationships to develop opportunities for the business
- Develop new networks to help establish repeatable, profitable accounts.
- Utilise and supplement existing resources to establish a turnkey design team
- Lead the design process through to a completed, fully integrated solution
- Manage the construction team to deliver safely on time and budget
- Be the key point of contact for the client on all issues
- Undertake regular Health & Safety Inspections.
- Coordinate works activities with various trades on site.
- Manage and undertake progress reviews with Contractors on site on a weekly basis.
- Keep and maintain diaries and progress records of works.
- Keep updated and knowledge of design drawings and specifications for the project on a regular basis.
Experience/Skills Required For This Site Manager Position:
- Higher education certificate (BEng advantageous) in Construction Management, Project Management or Relevant Engineering discipline.
- Excellent technical and commercial acumen and an ability to work across multiple aspects of a project.
- CSCS Card (Management Level)
