Are you ready to play a key role in a major engineering project?
My client is looking for a highly organised Technical Project Administrator to join a large-scale infrastructure project, providing essential support throughout the preparation and delivery phases of a significant site investment programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment, supporting engineers, project managers and contractors to keep everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings, travel, accommodation and project logistics
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and supporting project leadership teams
- Managing project documentation and maintaining document control systems
- Processing purchase orders, service entry sheets and goods receipts through SAP
- Supporting project budgets and financial administration
- Managing project correspondence, mailboxes and filing systems
- Ensuring document retention, archiving and GDPR compliance requirements are met
- Maintaining office supplies and supporting the day-to-day operation of the project office
- Strong administration experience within a busy office or project environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and document management experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Experience supporting engineering, construction or technical projects would be advantageous
