We are working exclusively with one of the most respected names in alternative investment to appoint a Junior Assistant / Brand Ambassador - a highly polished, poised, and discreet individual to join their world-class team in Mayfair.
This is a rare and prestigious opportunity for an outstanding early-career professional to become the face of a globally recognised firm, representing the business at the highest level to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and senior leadership.
The successful candidate will act as a seamless extension of the firm’s brand - delivering a world-class front-of-house experience while providing strategic administrative support to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, delivering an impeccable front-of-house experience aligned with the firm’s exacting standards.
- Prepare meeting spaces with precision, including refreshments, printed materials, lighting, and overall room aesthetics.
- Ensure all client-facing areas reflect the firm’s values of excellence, elegance, and discretion at all times.
- Provide high-level administrative support to members of the leadership team, including diary management, inbox oversight, and internal communications.
- Screen calls, liaise confidently with clients and senior stakeholders, and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Assist with event logistics, investor meetings, and internal functions with seamless attention to detail.
- Anticipate needs and act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally, upholding the firm's reputation at every touchpoint.

- Prior experience within financial services, private wealth, luxury, or private client environments is strongly preferred.
- Degree-educated or equivalent experience.
